STC Wallpaper does not provide free shipping to our customers all across India. Shipping/Courier/Speed Post Charges are to be borne by the customer. To avail the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please make sure to include the complete shipping address along with the correct PIN code. Kindly note, that we are not responsible for postal delays caused due to incomplete address listings.

For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the website's message box while placing their orders. If the order does not contain any delivery date then it will be delivered at the earliest depending upon the availability of the product. Please note that the date for delivery mentioned against your orders is only an estimated date, and the company is not liable for any delay in delivering your order.

We have partnered with reputed shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, DTDC and TNT etc. in order to maintain the safety and timely delivery of your product. However, we are not accountable for any delay in delivery of your product by the shipping companies.

We pay extra attention to the packaging of your product as we understand that it must be frustrating to receive a damaged product after much anticipation and thus, we ensure your products are first wrapped in thick polythene sheets and then packed with suitable packing materials. All orders are shipped through FedEx/DTDC/Blue Dart and home delivered by them approximately within 4 working days after they are dispatched from the warehouse.

Return, Replacement and Refund

However, should an unfortunate event arise where you may have to return a product for refund or replacement, we have laid out an easy process to assist you with it.

If there is any issue with the production of the customized wallpaper, please email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product with your order no. & product SKU code. Do not return any product without informing us. In case of any issue with the product kindly share the image of the specific part along with a complete image of the product received. After confirmation from our end, the products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the box needs to be returned back to the following address.

Kindly use postal services to return & provide us with the scanned copy of postal slip within 3 days of our confirmation email. Once we receive the product you will get an acknowledgement email. Color and Description Disclaimer
We at STC Wallpaper do our best to present the products on our website as they appear in original. While great effort has been put to accurately reproduce products in their original style and texture, there may be minor variations in the color of the actual wallpaper print. This color variation between the actual print and that displayed on the website is mainly due to the effects of digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. Minute variations may also occur due to the printer head. Colors of Red, Maroon, Off-White and Orange have a higher tendency to reflect differently than other color shades. Few of the fabrics have tendency to reflect textured effects as a proof of their authenticity. This should not be mistaken for a faulty product. Handicraft, hand dyed, items will always have certain minor differences. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a product as seen on the website or your computer screen. A minor variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these products have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor. We request you to place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in the product as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the product received.
